We begin with a site visit and requirement discussion, followed by drawings and BOQ finalisation. Once scope, timelines, and commercials are agreed, we mobilise the site team, execute work as per the schedule, provide periodic updates, and finally complete snag-free handover with documentation.
Cost and timeline are based on plot size, number of floors, specifications, soil condition, and design complexity. After reviewing drawings and site conditions, we share a detailed BOQ with rate breakup and an approximate project schedule before signing the work order.
